Ceiling heating panels and Safe-t-CASSETTE cassettes

Safe-t-CASSETTE panels are radiant ceiling heaters with the element enclosed in the panel. Depending on the ceiling and the selected panel, they mount on the ceiling, in a suspended ceiling grid or on hangers, and warm people and surfaces below. Unlike ceiling carbon film, which is hidden above new plasterboard, the panels stay visible, so they can suit an existing ceiling.

How it works

How radiant panels heat a space

Each panel radiates warmth downward, warming people, floors and surfaces beneath it rather than the whole volume of air. That suits spaces that are hard to heat with air.

  • Enclosed element. The heating element is enclosed in the panel casing.
  • Mounting to suit the ceiling. Surface mounting, a suspended ceiling grid or a suspension system, depending on the ceiling and the selected panel.
  • Local warmth. Panels can be placed where people work or gather, such as above workstations.
  • Separate from ceiling film. Panels are visible heaters; ceiling carbon film is hidden above the plasterboard.

Panel positions and quantities are specified for each space in the quote.

How a project runs

From assessment to installation

  1. Step 1: Assessment

Tell Ron about the space, ceiling type and how it is used.

  2. Step 2: Specified quote

Panel numbers, sizes, positions and controls.

  3. Step 3: Supply

CBS supplies the specified panels and controls for your project.

  4. Step 4: Installation guidance

A licensed electrician installs and connects the panels with Ron's technical guidance. Installation arrangements are discussed case by case.
