What CBS does

Advice, a specified quote, then supply and guidance.

CBS works on electric radiant heating only: heating built into ceilings and floors, and radiant panels and heaters for specialist spaces.

  1. Advice

    Ron asks about the building, the rooms and the finishes, then helps you choose between ceiling film, floor film, heating cable and radiant heaters.

  2. Specified quote

    The quote sets out the system, quantities and controls for each area, and the electrical requirements your electrician needs.

  3. Supply and guidance

    CBS supplies the heating materials. A licensed electrician installs and connects the system, with Ron's technical guidance by phone.

Since 1995

Three decades of electric radiant heating.

  1. 1995CBS begins supplying carbon-film heating for ceilings and floors in Australia, after the technology had become popular in North America and Europe.
  2. 2003CBS expands into heating cable for in-slab concrete floors. Around the same time it begins supplying film for use under timber floors.
  3. TodayCBS supplies ceiling and floor heating, heating cable, and radiant panels and heaters for homes, facilities and specialist spaces, with Ron still handling each enquiry.

Supply Australia-wide

CBS products can be supplied Australia-wide, with a specified quote and the installation requirements for your electrician. Projects have been supplied as far as Esperance and Tasmania.

Ron's technical guidance is available by phone wherever the system is installed.

Installation depends on the project

Whether CBS can arrange installation depends on the location and the project, and is discussed case by case. Otherwise, a licensed electrician installs the system using CBS's specification.
